We are proud that all of our scarves are handdesigned, handmade, and handassembled by Terry and family in Central NJ USA.
Yes, we would love to! We welcome you to contact us for a certain color (i.e. say you need to match an existing piece or out) and/or certain style you have in mind,. Or, if you need a custom length or thickness we can do this as well. We have made plenty of shawls, necklaces, and other accessories for our customers--please do not hesitate to suggest an idea!
We use hypoallergenic synthethic yarns and fabrics in all scarves. We do not use any materials with wool, fur, or other natural animal fibers in our scarves.
All our scarves are can be hand washed (recommended not to machine wash) and air-dried. When not being worn, we recommend keeping TB Scarves hanging on a hanger, maybe in your closet along your favortie outfits to pair them with!
Due to the nature of our scarves and the uniqueness of each handmade piece, we currently do not accept returns through our website. However, if you are unhappy with a product you purchased, please contact us and we will work with you to accommodate your request.
All orders are processed within 24-48hrs and shipped within an additional 24-48hrs. There may be a delay in production or inventory due to the handmade nature of our products, but in this event we will contact and notify you as soon as possible. A tracking number will be included in your order confirmation email.
Your tracking number may take 24hrs after processing to display. As your order makes its way to you, you will recieve email or SMS notification updates.
If you have a problem with your order, or did not recieve your order, please contact uswith your order number and a description of your issue.
Our scarves are classified as Accessories (not Clothing) so local and state taxes will be applied accordingly.
